They feel they have a very good case.
I guess time will tell. The first step is of course for Inversora to
be given yet another ruling of ownership. Hopefully PDG will accept that and not appeal it. I don't know if they have that option again or if this is the final appeal.
My guess is that the first deal that Inversora offered to MMA will have to contain the "first right of refusal" wording as MMA didn't accept that offer and then according to the Financial Post, IM made a better offer to KRY. Also I don't know who brokered the KRY deal. If it was the guy that MMA had a contract with, then the wording on the first offer might not matter.
I didn't get into any discussion with Rich on any of these matters and certainly have no clue as to how all this legal wrangling works. Discussion on where the papers were filed came up a few times. Do you know why that matters?
I know the concerns over MMA's news release came up on the KRY thread a couple of times. They seem to feel that MMA is just blowing smoke, but then again, PDG also said the same about KRY.
