IKN provided more info this weekend, and unfortunately it is much more complicated. Remember when the CEO hired unqualified friends to fill positions in the company? One of them tried to commit fraud by falsifying receipts after that European roadshow. He was caught and paid the money back but was not fired or charged with a crime, so the CFO got disgusted and quit. Word is also that paychecks from the company are going out late, partly because of the ruinous interest rates they are paying on those short term loans.
