SC 13G is a statement of beneficial ownership of common stock by certain person(s) or legal entity. It is filed with the SEC.

I'm not sure if that 13G meant Ramtron was buying, selling or converting RACOM stock. One must look at the ownership they had before they filed. Basically, all the form stated was that Ramtron was the beneficial owner of 5,051,452 shares of RACOM and that this ownership was 37.49% percent of class.

There was another Form 13G filed 2-9-98 by Ramtron stating that BEA Assoc. was the beneficial owner of 4,238,895 shrs common with a 10.84% percent of class. This number is lower than previously reported, suggesting some selling had taken place. But Neil knew that anyway.
