Jerry,
Met an individual who has been in the business for over 5 yrs. He works for a very large company that builds pcs, servers, etc nationwide. So I wanted to pick his brain on components specifically memory, apparent he has worked in many different capacitys at this company. He was aware that I am an investor/trader so when I started to ask him about memory he thought I wanted to invest in memory chip companies and immediate tried to discourage me. He said that there was so much memory product out there with supplys ever increasing and prices decreasing. He spoke of "the gray market" which is awash with very cheap memory(maybe you can fill us in on the gray market). He said that alot of memory being sold on contract was being purchased for contractual reasons and not for need He said other then flash one would be a complete fool to invest in a memory chip company. Any thoughts? RR
