FDN has put in a nice base, and the rise out of it has been strong. It might be a little ahead of itself, as this move over the past month is quite similar to the one out of the December low. FXI looks relatively strong, trying to turn up out of the long term downtrend. A break below the recent lows in the mid 25s would not be good, to say the least. A bit in no-man's land at a glance...
