Just ignore the video evidence and verbal/written statements of the Uke general that fired a US supplied Himars into the dam.
As usual, you twist facts into blatant lies.

During the siege of Kherson, Mr. HIMARS hit the bridge next to the dam that was used for RuZZian supply routes. Ukraine didn't hit the dam itself.

Even then, Mr. HIMARS doesn't have enough power to blow up an entire dam. All it could do was poke holes in the bridge.

Now that Ukraine holds Kherson, they have no reason to blow up the dam. RuZZia does, as I have already explained.
