3) WHAT IS THE BASIS OF YOUR INFORMATION. Well Rajiv, here is what the Southern Illinois University Department of Mining Engineering had to say after they tested the Jig:
A) Considering that the feed material contained a significant amount of near gravity material due to its origination from the middilings stream of a jig, THE HIGH SEPERATION EFFICENCY VALUE AROUND 55% IS A REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT FOR THE ALTAIR JIG
B) Partition curves derived from the Altair Jig washability data indicate the ability to achieve a relatively low specific gravity point of nearly 1,50 at a probable error value of .10. These performance value ranks among the BEST of those reported for OTHER enhanced gravity concentrators.
C) The seperation performance achieved on the 28 X 325 mesh particle size fraction by the Altair jig was found to be SUPERIOR to the results obtained from the advanced washability analysis,which represents the ULTIMATE performance achievable by ANY floatation
technology. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE RELEVANCE OF THIS STATEMENT?
D) However, the EXCELLENT seperation performance achieved on the particle size fractions below 100 mesh are SUPERIOR to other commercially available enhanced gravity technologies. This finding is especially UNIQUE due to the use of a relatively low centrifugal force of 45gs
4) Ok Rajiv...You expect us to believe that Kerr-Mcgee-one of the LARGEST COAL companies in the world has been fooled by FALSE data by this University study...RIGHT. You did read the Dec. press release..didn't you? Did you see who KM was working with in their evaluation of the jig?
5<)A sample of the jig was delivered to several companies for being tested QUITE SOME TIME BACK-no news> NOW LETS EXAMINE THE FACTS...Shall we?

Kerr-Mcgee started their evaluation on 12/8/97
I don't know about everyone else but I think the time required to fully evaluate new technology is more that a few months...don't you?
