We don't normally buy Vietnamese made foods (or Chinese, or Thai) but Costco has amazing Spring rolls in the frozen case made in Vietnam. We made an exception for them. They are as good as any I've had in a restaurant. Bake them in a pan greased with corn oil- I think I use about 2 tbs, maybe 3- I use a nonstick pan and roll the little rolls in the oil before baking until golden in a 350 degree oven. They are just wonderful. And so easy. I serve them with a side of stir fried veggies.
