At the end of the last reported quarter there were about 9M+ shares outstanding. So now there should be in the neighborhood of approximately 10M to 11M shares outstanding. To help evaluate the potential of the area I would suggest that you check out a public company called Petroleum Development (PETD) at 304-842-6256. After looking at their information you will get a better understanding of the potential of PRTI. As a geologist who studied in Western Pennsylvania, I am well aware of the natural gas industry in this part of the country, however, the quality of the management team is still a question to me. This area is not as easy as Texas or Oklahoma. As always... Good Hunting Paul
