Jeff,

Thank you, my mistake. So are you saying that Bill would only be down by 3.6% even though Y2K stocks are up zillions of percents (sorry, i was not sure of the amount so I thought I'd estimate on the high side since I do belief in the Y2K problem (Note to self: Everyone at FBN will hate me now)). So this guy Steve who has been yanking Bills chain is doing so because Bill is down 3.6 percent. Wow, I do not think that I will ever start a thread of my own. Gee some of my investments are off by more than 3.2 percent. O'well, as TED might say "sure is a nice day today."
