It’s all bs. Trump had plenary power to declassify everything. The espionage act (1917) predates our current classification system. All the docs were packed up by the gsa not Trump. They will stop at nothing to get Trump who is clearly the #1 opposition candidate that will destroy all their wet dreams of power.
