It's nice to see that SYSF is getting a vote of confidence from a well respected MM like Fidelity. Nice work, Steve (for both SYSF & IDX) & Patriot. JL p.s. There was a Frost & Sullivan research report titled "Rapid Expansion of U.S. Markets for Help Desk Software Tools" that just came out. This was an announced over a newswire. I have not been able to get any details through their internet site (www.frost.com). Is anyone else familiar with this report?
