If the DOJ gets its way, he will die in federal prison.
If it helps ease the anxieties of the Q Continuum, we can assume that it'll be a so-called "white collar prison," complete with a golf course, tennis court, and meals served by a Michelin-star chef.

Not the harsh and scary federal "pound you in the ass" penitentiary (h/t Office Space).
