Still doesn't explain the perfect timing of the dam getting breached right as the Ukrainian counteroffensive starts, but that might be due to coincidence.

One thing is for sure. There is no plausible explanation for how Ukraine was responsible. Bombing it from the air is impractical. Sending in a sabotage team undetected is also unlikely, given the huge amount of explosives they'd have to "sneak" under the noses of RuZZian spotters.

But that's not going to stop the RuZZian Ministry of Offense, the PooTin cucks, and Basement Qarlson from spewing their usual Bullshishka ...
