As far as we know, Brandon returned all the material when requested to do so.

Had Trump done the same, he wouldn't have been indicted.

But because Trump does Trump things, he only returned some of the material and kept the rest thinking no one would notice.

At this point, you can't claim that Brandon or Hillary did the same things.
