Alan Dershowitz disagrees.
I respect Dershowitz, but I haven't seen anything from him regarding the strength of the evidence against Trump.

I did find this about a "Richard Nixon" test, which is nothing more than a statement about politics:

Moreover, I found this from 2022, where Dershowitz admits that the DOJ has enough evidence to indict Trump:
