MiniGolfer144, "Get Trump" was written and released back in March, well before the latest indictment.

Right now, my sticking point is that Trump didn't fully comply with the original request to return classified documents. That's really hard to justify or explain away, and I don't think even a seasoned defense lawyer like Alan Dershowitz can do that.

That's obstruction of justice right there.

As for the politics, it's obvious that ANY attempt to indict Trump will automatically be labeled as a "political witch hunt."

That raises the bar for prosecution, which means that Trump already enjoys a level of privilege that no other lawbreaker has.

Basically, he thinks he's above the law.
