I'll respond for the last time. TVSI is for real. As far as I know a reverse merger is perfectly legal and benefits the small public co. & the larger private co.
As far as Fridays announcement, it is clear the merger will be beneficial and profitable. Enthusiasm focused on the 'merit' of the investment, the NAYS focused on me & Riley. I still the stock will hit .50 in the very near future. One MM from Calif. shorted this stock millions of shares after the run, obviously to cover cheap and pocket OUR profits!
IMO, s martin, etc.SLAMS the stock in an attempt to TANK the stock. He is a SHARESHAKER. No one makes one BUY a stock....but MM's can & do short, naked if they have to and guys do SLAM stocks on their behalf.
You won't admit to this, tho'Prestek sued MM's attempting to tank the stockon SI, Dempsey Mork hired Puhrty, Mawork 1 and ptm inc. to SLAM RMIL, and a guy on the CCEE thread was discovered to be a PR guy HIRED TO SLAM CCEE, YOU DON'T MENTION THAT!
