"what else can they do ?" Since you asked, I'll tell you. They can announce via a public news release that they're working on financial statements, that they will be released on or about XXX, and that the bankruptcy court's "problem" will be paid by X date. Sounds pretty simple to me. Where there's a will, there's a way. Apparently tmmi doesn't have the will to inform its investors. While they may have their reasons, I can't think of one good one that is beneficial to public shareholders. Can you? Arnie
