The Sports thing is a huge incentive.

How much money do people spend to see the NBA finals? They already use 3D camera angles. He's right its a better seat than you can get in reality. It will only get better.

Traveling to see NBA finals is expensiveeeeee, not to mention time off work. That alone will justify the cost for a lot of people.

(Personally I like to watch basketball, but I find the crowds too boisterous, I PREFER TV. Not to mention the hassle of traffic jams and parking. To me basketball is like a chess match. I don't know how many people feel like me but certainly there are others. And I bet as time goes on even people who like live will come to be attracted to the superior quality of being able to change your angle of view, and the fact you didn't have to spend days out of your life to see three hours of entertainment.)

No doubt it will be upgraded. The first 3D video I made had a camera moving through an interior. I can definitely see consumers being able to move cameras to where ever they want. That's a no brainer. Its already available to NBA tech people.
