Steve, could I ask you to look at a tape and interpret for me? On Friday, TMBS shows three 200K blocks in the afternoon which went off between 16 and 16 1/4. Didn't bump the price much so I assume that some brokers were swapping blocks for some reason. Trades this size are unusual in TMBS. Can you shed any light on what may have happened? Thanks.
