I am not fully informed about all the vagaries of the slow PCS roll-out, but I am fairly certain that it will occur eventually. When it does, Vari-L should take off, as they provide the best equipment for use in PCSs. Expect this stock to reach 20 by the end of the year. This coming week certain frequencies will be assigned for PCS use and this should be a major boost to Vari-L. Remember: Vari-L is not closely followed, and therefore its moves will tend to be less predictable on a day to day basis. But it is a clear hold, and every dip is a buying opportunity.
