No pick - just a general question. How do you value homebuilders? What trends should you be looking for and how do you know whether we're at the peak or the start of a new bull market? I just can't seem to work this one out - are homebuilders even cyclical? I read an article in the UK FT about how well US homebuilders have performed : US homebuilders: new construction a rare bright spot in real estate gloom \| Financial Times (ft.com) The article concludes "The run-up in the sector's valuation looks unsustainable. The house party cannot last for much longer." The problem with the FT is, whilst the points they make are logical, they're not consistently right. Thanks in advance, Harshu Vyas
