Rene, can you tell us the name of this person and what their involvement in EEL is so we can judge the opinion. Also there are usually many more than 1 person or firm in each of these PPs so who is the placee we are talking about and how much of the 500K+ units did they buy. Also whats to stop them from exercising the warrants @ .60 and selling the shares at say 2.50 to pay for the current PP... that way they would be using only profits to buy this latest PP. Sounds like a smart strategy to me because it eliminates all risk and leaves only profits. Now given these guys are smart, it sounds too good to me so I stick by my predictions that the stock will be under pressure on any good results so even if the stock does not retreat significantly (which is hopefull thinking) the upward price movement will be met with lots of stock for sale. Also to make matters worse there is yet another PP coming up for trading on Dec 28 just in time for year-end tax selling. EEL will have to do a much better job of promoting this company to increase speculator interest or this stock will take much more time to develop higher prices than us small investors think. Therefore I cannot take any comfort in your post. When insiders tell me that I should not worry and that everything will be fine.... thats when I really start to worry big time....just my opinion for what its worth.
