Thanks Brumar. It looks like a recent story:

Joe Rogan challenges Dr. Peter Hotez to debate anti-vaxxer RFK Jr. on his podcast (nypost.com)
Rogan pledged to donate $100,000 to a charity of Hotez’s choosing if he agreed to the appear with the political scion, who has launched a longshot bid to dethrone President Biden in the 2024 Democratic primary.
And it looks like that pot of money is growing. A ton of people from the Q Continuum have "pledged" money (for what it's worth) toward such a debate:

If I were Dr. Peter Hotez, I'd take him up on the offer, then just participate in the debate using facts, logic, and moral reasoning. It's no different than the way I deal with the anti-vax fools on this thread, and I do it for free.
It's as reasonable as challenging Jews to debate whether they spread plague by poisoning wells.
It certainly is reasonable, especially if the proceeds of the debate go toward a pro-Jewish charity.

And if the debate organizers "neglect" to pay up, as can be expected from their kind, that will prove once and for all that they were never sincere in having an honest debate in the first place.
