Abbas’ visit is the latest sign the Middle East is tilting towards China Tilt away. Free enterprise will always beat authoritarian control. You don't actually think the Chinese citizens will collectively become powerful, AND not pursue their own freedoms (ie, overthrow the Communist part)? Can't have both - success and authoritarianism, gotta choose, one or the other.
