Brumar, I'm going to pick apart that whole statement, phrase-by-phrase, and still arrive at the same conclusion going into 2024:
Putin wanted Trump to win. Trump solicited Russia's help. Trump eagerly accepted that help, and used it daily for the final month of the campaign, knowing it was coming from Russia. Then he set about weakening NATO, Putin's top priority. The end.
- PooTin didn't give a Brandon who won in 2016. In fact, he was under the assumption that Hillary would win, so his goal was to undermine her legitimacy as president.
- The fact that PooTin was "pro-Trump" back in 2016 probably COST Trump a lot of votes. So much for RuZZia's "help."
- Trump ended up being a huge disappointment to the Kremlin. They certainly thought they had a willing ally in the White House, but the Trump administration (i.e. the people around Trump) ended up frustrating the Kremlin's efforts to win foreign policy concessions.
- By the time 2022 rolled around, Trump was gone and PooTin decided he couldn't wait any longer to invade Ukraine.
- Of course today things have changed since 2016. PooTin now wants Trump to win, and he'll do everything to feed, grow, and empower the Q Continuum.
- And even if Trump loses, it doesn't matter to PooTin, since he can continue using the Q Continuum to delegitimize the American political process.
