I would stick with Eero, they are good. You can get this setup on sale currently as a "pre Prime Day" special. You get a 4-pack of WiFi 6+ for less than the price of a 3-pack and it will cover approx. 6,000 sq ft:

If you need more nodes I would just buy additional ones to give full coverage and maintain max speed throughout your new home.

I personally stay away from Netgear products since I've had bad luck with them, including their Orbi mesh products, but your mileage may vary.
