OB, was this a guess or do you know it? I'd be surprised at
anything over 80%, myself. That number IS a guess, but
it's based on things I've read in the past and the fact
that these are short-term receivables. Actually 80%
is pretty high--lower wouldn't surprise me too much.
There is big risk here for the factor agent.

I think your observation is good, but if CPQ's receivables
are that certain, they'd probably just collect them. Your
argument only makes sense to me if there is significant risk
(more than 3% margin would buy). BWDIK?
