I'm sorry, Ignacio, I don't understand what you are saying about making my rhetoric independent of gender. I don't want to sound too politically correct or anything, and at the same time I am trying to make the point that it is not just men who use power positions in the workplace to harass women. Is there something wrong with that? I am not dictating anything, incidentally. I am writing posts which generally discuss existing workplace policy in America. What is this stuff with guiding precepts and not outcomes, anyway?
