To all: Bidding on Bay Street Editor L de Y has written two very informational updates (Oct. 7 and Oct. 9) on TTRIF recently.

Thanks to Eric, I found out about this independent source of information. He does not want his updates to be posted on the internet. However, if any of you (who are not already receiving them) are interested, you could contact him through this email address

Gary, thanks for your technical analysis update! Sometimes we do get confusing and conflicting information from them. To add to the confusion, I heard from Ron Birch Monday that they were looking at closing a 3 million debenture instead of a 5 million. The conversion price was $1.75 (as you were told) and they were looking at lengthening the restriciton period to 6 months. He said after this debenture, they would look at doing a debt financing down the line. I suppose we will find out about the exact terms of the debenture within a week or so.

Mark, FWIW, I have never shorted a stock (sometimes I wish I had). If I know folks would take the annual results that badly, I could have shorted the stock (I received the annual results a week before they formally put them out in the news wires). My average cost in TTRIF is still way above $1. You have to understand that there are many core and loyal TTRIF shareholders, amazed by their technology and the potential benefit to the world. I understand that many of these folks have continued to hold and average down. These shareholders may not be rational from your standpoint. Time will tell whether these shareholders (myself included) will be rewarded!
