A simple explanation: The float on this stock is about 330,000. You can imagine what 1000 shares can do to the price. This is why it will rise quickly given any trading volume. As for a web page, I agree with you it is simple these days but I respect the webmaster as he incorporate writing, graphics, and good design into his unlike many others. FrontPage is crap if you don't know how to use it.
