For any that are unaware the stock is being traded by a broker named Bob Hurt in New York at Alexander Securities. When anyone sells he buys using a float. With the only intention of reselling it for a profit. This is why the large spread on bid and ask. With OTC securities he decides wether or not he will buy your stock and at what price.
