Whenever I open iTunes I get this error message (see screenshot below).

I have done this to reset Windows 11 audio to standard setttings. The error still appears.

Any suggestions for what to do to remove that error message which happens now on EVERY iTunes startup?

To reset all audio settings on Windows 11, open Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer, and click “Reset” for the “Reset Sound Devices and Volumes for All Apps to the Recommended Defaults” setting.
