I agree that AMSWA is undervalued at this point...Exactly how much it is worth is largely dependent, however, on what LGTY is worth, and that seems to be in question at this point.

Interstate Johnson Lane maintained a STRONG BUY with a 12-month price target of over $20 on LGTY...if that can be believed, AMSWA should be worth at least double the current price as well.
