My believe is that the "committee to revitalize DBCO" is the worst kind of predator a public company can encounter. I have yet to see that they have any credible operations or management but rather try to unstabilize situations so that a public company may have to "pay them off personally" to avoid the costs of fighting (a la settling a lawsuit because its cheaper to settle than to eventually win). gsun
