Let me try again, Wharfie. Hardly anyone gets arrested just because of simple possession. The huge amounts of open-air drug use in California cities proves that. If you were arrested for simple possession, chances are that you already have a long rap sheet which includes violent crimes, or you're on parole, or you're out on bail for another crime. That's something that the NIH study never investigated and probably will never investigate because it wants people to conclude that outcomes are unequal *for no other reason but race.* Tenchusatsu
