This is the US; no day is sacred.
What's the point of establishing Juneteenth as a federal holiday, if it doesn't solve a damned thing?

No need to tell me it's all about "awareness." We already have the following:
  • Black History Month.
  • Kwanzaa
  • Blaxploitation (both the 70's style and "Wakanda Forever")
  • Affirmative action (no, it's not going away even after the Supreme Court ruling)
  • Colin Krapernick ( who STILL thinks he's NFL caliber) and that kneeling thing
  • The first Black president
  • The first Black vice-president
  • The "Black National Anthem"
  • Etc.
  • Etc.
All of these things haven't fixed a damned thing. Over a half century of left-wing policies have failed.

Of course, failure of left-wing policies only means we didn't have enough left-wing policies ...
