Cader- I may be alone with this opinion but, per your post- "allow the individual investor the opportunity to compete" do you really think of yourself as an individual investor? This sounds like an ad for a SOES shop. Is getting in the way of an institutional order investing? "SOES has gotten a black eye by some of the attitudes that exists in this exciting business" do you realize what you're up against? You are not the little old lady that needs protection from the big bad ruthless stockbroker. It will probably get tougher with stricter rules and more players. Who will fight for your rights? Who will take you seriously? Sounds like the chances Gotti's supporters had of getting him freed. People actually held rallies for the guy. I think that's the setup, I may be wrong. -Alex
