I'm 20 minutes into this 3-hour podcast and so far it seems more technical and "anti-vaxxer" than his campaign podcasts -- anti-vaxxer only in the sense that he's speaking more generally about vaccines. This isn't a criticism or a complaint, just an observation. The explanation for the depth and range of this discussion might be that he wasn't campaigning at the time, and he was sitting with a sophisticated scientist.
