Ursula surely thinks she's doing awesomely = parents proud of her, academic achievement in medicine, mother of seven, political success, boss of Eurostan. But she's gearing up for goose-stepping to conquer Moscow instead of being sensible. Maybe it's feminist doctrine she's imbued with, which is a terrible thing these days with women likely to end the world. Most people have lost their minds. It's fascinating but horrible to see people simplistically and simple-mindedly adopting the propaganda from media. Groupthink leading directly to total carnage and a reduction of the world's population by about 95%.

I note that they are nearly all men. Where are the women who are supposed to be the caring and sharing nice people? My theory is that women LIKE to see men fighting and to mate with the winning dominant blokes.
