Wow, great post. I think it is important for MDIN to become a reporting company ASAP. This reporting issue will be heating up quickly, and will be getting a lot of press in the near future. I read NASDAQ hopes to have the requirements in place by this summer (just a few months away). The sooner MDIN gets the paperwork done and becomes reporting, the sooner the issue becomes a non issue, and one less thing to worry about. Looking forward to that announcement from MDIN that they have become a reporting company ASAP. GG
