Ted makes great money when he works. His only problem is that he is a party boy. He makes a pile of money and then takes several months off to sing karaoke and party down. Since he lives in the Santa Monica area of LA, that is an expensive lifestyle.

If he would get serious about building a huge nest egg, or take on the work ethic of Don Wolanchuk, not much would stop him.

Am I wrong Ted? I've been watching you for several years, so you can't deny any of this. lol
