TADs are nothing new. Most countries other than the US finance receivables with TADs or bills of exchange or Traites or whatever the name of the foreign designation. Before WWII , TADs were used in the US. Bought by banks. Died out due to price war, financing by balance sheet and high cost of admin.

Why TADs now, call Company for research report and or marketing material. Better yet speak to customers.
