Bone spurs are fucking painful. I've had them.

Very common with runners,

I 've had them too but they are not bone spurs, it's an inflamation of the plantar fascia, the ligament attached to the front foot bone and the heel bone.......when overstretched or stressed the connection point at the heel bone gets inflamed and painful. They are best treated by relieving the stress on the plantar fascia by wearing custom orthotics in your shoes. It's not an over night fix...
