Roger,

I have been concerned for some time now regarding total no. of common shares outstanding. I had one of my Prudential brokers call the company yesterday. Unfortunately, I could not participate in that call. The company's answer to my broker when asked about total current shares outstanding was that the number reported next week will be "substantially" higher than 12 million. Expectations here are for 13.5 million if I remember correctly. Could you elaborate on what you know concerning where this count is now? Does anyone know how many preferred shares are outstanding and/or how many have been converted? All information that I can find on this subject is out-dated.

Could the delay in reporting numbers by the new auditors be due to restating the number of shares outstanding?

Any info from you or anyone posting here would be most appreciated.
