You claim that there is active fraudulent activity on the part of the officers of this firm on "Roger's Short Picks". Could you please do all of us a big favor and tell us EXACTLY what you mean by this? In case you have forgotten your post 24 hours ago here it is - >>>Short Biotime (BTIM) at 16 7/8. Scary biotech stock. Was pumped...dumped, and now that's it taken a rebound on the backs of a fresh batch of suckers it is ripe to short again. The stock is manipulated, and people associated with the company have been actively engaged in fraudulent misrepresentation, so be careful - but I seriously doubt the stock will continue to climb much further (if at all). Asensio took a shot at this one a while back. I spent some time researching the story and it is a "no brainer" short.<<< And also please tell me how the stock is being manipulated. If Ass'enci'hole is the major source of your information then I would suggest doing some more well rounded research. Oh - a reminder again - none of the suckers at BTIM have sold their shares and one bought 3k more about 2 weeks ago. If these guys were running a scam then why the heck aren't they selling at the top? Jim
