Charles,

People quite probably look at myself and some of the other diehard GRNO supporters as a bunch of nuts. However, I wish to put that perspective to rest as it applies to my belief and support for this company.

While some of my comments may place me a bit on the conservative side, I am, in fact, a pragmatic and moderate environmentalist. One of the most appealing qualities I found about GRNO's process was that it was a private market solution to a public pollution problem. This nation's government continues to, on one hand, enforce more stringent environmental policies, while on the other hand discouraging entrepreneurs like Carraway from arriving at reasonable and profitable solutions.

I think we all fully realize that BC could easily just step away from all of this rather than continuing to inject capital into the operation. That he continues to do so amidst all of this regulatory scrutiny and obstruction, I opine, speaks highly of his conviction that GRNO will once again emerge from the abyss and lock in some of the long-promised contracts. I also opine that once we have several clients, this company's technology will draw additional interested parties who will stand in line for 1999's production.

I have at some length discussed with BC the benefit that GRNO's technology could have for maximizing our nation's self-reliance. While 1.4 Billion gallons is certainly an aggressive market to exploit, I certainly see no reason why our own government, which produces much of this oil from its vehicular fleet operations, should be the same one that obstructs it solution.

But then again, we all know the government is not a monolithic entity. It is made up of small little groups of individuals, each with with their own portion of power, and strongly motivated to protect and extend that power.

Thus, when we have some clarity to this situation, and perhaps a deal or two under the belt, I will quite likely be spending a little time on the Hill looking at making contact with a few powerful patrons who may be able to assist the furtherence of the company's business model.

Btw, I also heard that the best time to invest was when the situation looks like it can't get much worse. (radio commentator was discussing Asia's prospects.) I am beginning to feel we have reach a point close to where the upside is greater than the downside. I'm frankly looking to unlock some dry powder and take a chance on averaging down in this stock.

Just my humble opinion,

Ron
