Otimer: My take is that the market has entered the final blowoff stage. Stocks will continue surging until shortly after the US attacks Iraq. Those on Wall Street pulling Bill Clinton's strings are not going to allow the markets to head south when Bill fulfills their dream by again bombing Iraq.

I look for the market to peak my mid-March, probably in the Dow 9000 area. But small caps -- now coming to life again -- have much more upward potential from here than the big caps. Russell 2000 still 3.5% below its high, and could well jump 10-15% in the next few weeks if the overall market remains strong.
