IMHO if the RF will not disintegrate and the rest of the world will continue bickering and being afraid of nuclear confrontation, then the rest of the world will prove they are practically morally bankrupt, and will have a bigger problem to face for survival.

Those that do not understand Muscovite culture should re-read the period of "Ivan Grozny" his "Oprichnina" and "The times of troubles" to get a sense of what is in store.
